Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, company, role, and any optional description of your operation.

We also store the landing-page path, selected language, referrer, campaign parameters, submission time, and limited technical information needed to protect and operate the form.

How we use it

We use this information to review pilot requests, understand interest in Vrolen, contact suitable applicants, prevent abuse, and maintain the reliability and security of the site. We do not sell waitlist data.

Processors and storage

Cloudflare provides site delivery and Turnstile abuse protection. Supabase stores waitlist records. Resend delivers transactional email. Sentry may receive scrubbed technical error details. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Retention and your choices

We retain waitlist information while evaluating pilot access and for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to access or delete your submission at any time.

Your language preference is stored only in your browser. No form fields are stored in browser storage.
